Block a user
Collect birth year instead of full date of birth
Registration questions are not captured when someone registers for themselves
Registration: replace the parent/guardian checkbox with a three-way "who are you registering?" choice
UI copy: replace "child" with "student" and "family" with "profile"
Booking block: after a confirmed booking, return to a bookable state
Add an account block showing who is signed in, with a sign out button
