Adds a compact AGENTS.md as the single source of truth for agent sessions (commands, architecture, schema gotchas, test quirks). Trims CLAUDE.md and tests/CLAUDE.md to pointers so guidance no longer drifts across three files. Docs-only, no PHP changes.
