## Version 1.0 Initial release. Claude Code sessions are launched and resumed from Nova's sidebar; the conversation itself happens in a terminal. - **Sessions** — every conversation for the project, newest first, labelled with its opening prompt. Sessions started in a terminal appear too, because the list is read from Claude Code's own store. - **Launching** — copy a command to start a new session or resume any previous one, in the project directory and with your configured model, effort and permission mode. Optionally with `--remote-control` for driving the session from elsewhere. - **Accounts** — sign in with your Claude subscription or an Anthropic Console account through Claude Code's own OAuth flow, or store an API key in the macOS keychain. - **Copy File Reference for Claude** — puts `@path/to/file` on the clipboard for pasting into a session. ### Note on the earlier design An earlier iteration ran the conversation inside Nova: a driven `claude --print` session streamed into a Markdown tab, with tool approvals, plan review and question answering in Nova panels. It was removed before release — modal panels truncated long questions and lost their input whenever you clicked away to check something, and Claude Code's terminal interface handles all of it better. That work is preserved in commit `89d1a06` and informs the planned IDE bridge.
