fix: Prevent AWS_ERROR_MQTT_UNEXPECTED_HANGUP connection interruptions ( #179 )

By using a stable, unique per-process client identifier.
Also:
- Configured MQTT auto-reconnect on interruption
- Reset connection on high MQTT connection interruption rate
